I gave a 5 star rating only because of the actual work done by the workers. It was excellent. The schedulers however were not near as efficient. Every time I phoned they gave me a time of arrival that was unreliable. Once again I commend the workers for their skill, efficiency, courtesy and overall workmanship. I will consider Superior Plumbing on future jobs.

My furnace died in the middle of winter. With the wife panicing I called Superior HVAC and the technician arrived to my house the same day. Told us our 16 year old furnace wasn’t cutting it anymore. We decided to get a whole new furnace which was installed the very next day. They were very professional and left the area clean (Looked like no work was done after they left). I highly reccommend this company for furnace repairs

Beyond ecstatic with the work this company has provided my family in one of the coldest times of the year… Last night my furnace stopped working so I called a couple of different places and landed on superior. Their customer service was amazing and it wasn’t long until I had a technician at my door to help, after just an hour of trying to find the problem the HVAC tech I was provided (Kurtis) figured out that the wiring for the ignition had gone bad. He brought everything he needed to possibly fix the issue so he didn’t even need to go get parts. Within just a couple hours of calling, my furnace was working just as good as before. I will be recommending superior to anyone I know because I’m very impressed with the price and support throughout this whole situation.
